Using the site

The site is freely accessible. The information on it is given in good faith and may change: the schedules and prices in force are those on the Yoga page, the workshop pages and the booking app. The site may be temporarily unavailable. The publisher is not responsible for the content of the external sites it links to.

The content is protected (see the legal notice). Information about yoga and meditation is not medical advice. If pain persists, medical advice remains useful.

Prices and payment

Prices are those displayed on the site at the time of your booking, in euros, taxes included.

Group classes: €15 per class; monthly pass of €48 for four classes or €60 for five classes; €150 card for 10 classes plus an eleventh class free, valid for 4 months.
Private yoga session: €45 (90 minutes).
Meditation: individual cycle €250, payable in up to two instalments; Discovery €180 for three Thursday evenings or two Saturday afternoons. The free Monday group is reserved for people who have completed the individual cycle and practise regularly.
Payment for the cycle and workshops: cash, Payconiq or bank transfer, in one payment or two instalments at most, on dates agreed by email. Your place is reserved on receipt of the first payment. Agreed instalments remain due. For classes and sessions, payment is made as indicated when you book.

Group classes: rules

Six places at most per class.
No trial class.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the class. After that, the session is due.
The monthly pass covers all the dates in the month: if a date doesn't suit you, you choose another slot. There is no waiting list for passes.

Individual cycle and meditation workshops

Registration. The form is a request. Marjorie Mathieu confirms availability and payment arrangements by email. The contract is concluded at this confirmation; your place is secured when the agreed first payment is received, by the date stated in that email. Prices include taxes. Registration for both November 2026 Discovery formats closes on 2 November 2026, inclusive.
Withdrawal. You have 14 days from the confirmation email to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to ifsu@etik.com. You are then refunded, except as follows.
Early start. If the first session falls within 14 days of confirmation, the email asks you to expressly request an early start in writing and acknowledge that the part already provided is payable if you withdraw. Submitting the form alone does not count as this request.
Withdrawal after the start. If you expressly requested an early start, the amount retained is proportionate to attended sessions: total price divided by planned sessions, multiplied by attended sessions. The balance is refunded within 14 days. For the three Thursdays at €180 this is €60 per session; for the two Saturdays at €180 it is €90 per session. The same calculation applies to the individual cycle.
After 14 days. You can stop at any time. No refund or postponement for sessions not attended, whether you miss them or stop altogether.
Minimum number of participants. A workshop takes place with at least 3 participants. Below that, it is postponed to the following month. If this postponement doesn't suit you, you are fully refunded. The same applies if Marjorie Mathieu has to cancel for any other reason.
Video workshop. If you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, access is final.

November 2026 retreat

The 23–27 November stay at Koningsteen costs €750 including accommodation, meals and programme. The €150 day package is available on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, subject to availability: arrival at 08:45, the day's programme and meals, that night's accommodation and breakfast the following morning. Room type is specified during registration.

Payment dates and the retreat's cancellation or postponement arrangements are provided in writing before registration is confirmed. Group-class rules are not automatically applied to the retreat. To receive these details before committing, write to ifsu@etik.com.

Warranties and disputes

Legal warranties of conformity apply to your purchases. In case of disagreement, write first to ifsu@etik.com; failing agreement, you can refer the matter to the Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). Belgian law applies; Belgian courts have jurisdiction.
