Who is responsible for your data
Marjorie Mathieu, IFSU studio (activity carried out through Productions Associées, rue Coenraets 72, 1060 Brussels) — ifsu@etik.com. There is no data protection officer.
What we collect, why, and on what basis
- Your messages (email, WhatsApp, phone): name, contact details, content of your request. To reply to you. Basis: your request, before any contract.
- The workshop registration form (Tally): name, email, phone, format chosen. To confirm your place. Basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
- Class booking (ifsu-equilibre.web.app): name, email, dates booked. To manage places and passes. Basis: performance of a contract.
- The form before a private session: history, pain and session goals. This is health information requiring special protection, used to adapt the session. Marjorie Mathieu emails you the Word document and keeps the working document on her computer; messages and attachments may also remain in the email service. Basis: your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Invoicing: name, amount, date. Basis: legal accounting obligation.
For how long
- Requests with no follow-up: 12 months at most.
- Students: for the duration of the relationship, then accounting records for 7 years (legal obligation).
- Form before a private session: kept on Marjorie Mathieu's computer, deleted as soon as you ask, and at the latest 2 years after your last session.
Who has access
Marjorie Mathieu, and the technical providers who run the tools: Tally (forms), Google (Firebase, for booking), Meta (WhatsApp), and Productions Associées (Smart), which handles invoicing and accounting. Nothing is sold or used for advertising. Some providers are located outside the European Union (United States) and rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Minors
This site is intended for adults. In Belgium, a minor under 13 cannot give consent to the processing of their data alone: the agreement of a parent or guardian is then needed.
Data breach
In the event of a breach likely to cause you harm, you will be informed, and the Data Protection Authority will be notified within 72 hours.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or transfer, or object to its use: write to ifsu@etik.com. Reply within one month. If you feel you haven't been satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
Cookies
The retreat information window uses browser session storage to remember that it has been shown or closed. It appears at most once per visit in the same tab, without advertising tracking. This information is removed when that tab's session ends.
This site sets no audience-measurement, advertising or social-network cookies. There is therefore no consent banner. The fonts are hosted on the site itself: no request is sent to Google to display them. Two elements load resources from a third party: the workshop registration form (Tally) and the Google Maps map of the studio, which only loads if you click “Show the map”. Until you click, no request is sent to Google; after the click, Google may set cookies, under its own policy. The booking and form services have their own policies.
